The goal of this project is to create state-of-the-art skilled nursing homes based on the ‘Green House®’ model of care.  This will be the first facility of its kind in New Jersey and obtaining the necessary state approvals is an important part of our services.

The project will be designed as a series of 10-bed ‘cottages’ with a total of 60 skilled nursing beds.  Each cottage will be self-contained with all private residence rooms, a family kitchen, dining and ‘hearth’ room.  The architecture will be  residential in scale and the project will built as a neighborhood with a rain garden, walking paths and front porches.
