The Wantage Kiddie Academy is situated in a newly designed and built town center near the heart of Wantage Township. One of four buildings designed in the Craftsman style, the Kiddie Academy’s shell was custom designed by NK Architects to fit in with its natural surroundings while maximizing usable interior space for the stringent childcare program requirements that the franchise sets forth. The new facility was designed to accommodate 19 staff members & 169 children ranging in age from infants to school age. This facility maximizes natural day lighting while reducing glare through the use of large overhangs which also relate directly to the Craftsman style. The interior layout allows the staff to observe the children from more than one location at a time and is finished in a brilliant color pallet suitable to almost any age.
