A new seven story Medical Building located in Paterson, New Jersey between Main and Court Streets across the street from the St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. The proposed building is located in a highly visible and prominent site that will be the first to be built within the proposed redevelopment across the street from the Medical Center.
The new medical office building will share resources with the St. Joseph Medical Center and will serve the community as an easily accessible medical clinic for a variety of medical specialties. The ground floor will house the public spaces, elevator and stair core, toilet rooms, mechanical rooms, vehicular drop off areas and forty in-ground parking spaces to be used for patients and staff. A total of six floors of office space with a combined gross area of 103,300 square feet are provided above the ground floor with a center core providing a functional and efficient floor configuration. The exterior materials will have metal panels, strip windows and curtain wall glazing systems, the entrance has been designed to be highly visible from the street.
