Demmler Fillinger

Demmler brings a wide range of design experience to NK’s New York City office — from lighting design to construction management, as well as designing the restoration of 19th century historic Brooklyn row houses.  Leveraging this broad knowledge with his years of NYC experience allows him to successfully navigate both design and administrative responsibilities.

Demmler graduated from Roger Williams University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and has since worked in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and New York City.  He has worked with many of NYC agencies including DOB, LPC, DOF, DOT and the Parks Department and can find his way through Zoning, MDL, HMC & NYCECC.  In his spare time, Demmler will escape the city to go fly-fishing in the streams of the Catskills.
