Michael directs all of NK’s Marketing and Business Development functions. Working closely with the President and market sector leaders, he develops specific sales and marketing strategies to help NK remain a leader in the industry. “Every meeting is a presentation and every client interaction is a sales opportunity” is a mantra that Michael instills in our staff. He believes strongly in the power of communication and collaboration and that everyone in the organization is a marketing ambassador.
Michael was a founding member of the New Jersey Chapter of SMPS and has moderated two panels for the New York Chapter’s The Marketing Event: “If You Don’t Like the Conversation, Ask Different Questions: How to Affect Change in the Selection Process” and “The Mad Men of Business Development.” He has been involved with CANstruction for over ten years, has sat on and chaired his local Planning Board, and was an ACE mentor.
A confessed college basketball junkie (go ‘cuse!), Michael likes relaxing on a beach with a Macallan and a Romeo y Julieta. He lives with his wife in West Orange.
