Robert “Bob” Richardson is a seasoned architect with over 25 years of experience in the architectural and project management fields. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Bob has built a reputation for his technical leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to meet both client needs and project deadlines. His broad expertise spans the full project lifecycle — from schematic design to construction administration — and he is a skilled communicator, adept at collaborating with teams and consultants to ensure the seamless execution of design intent.

As a Senior Project Manager, Bob is responsible for managing high-profile client relationships, overseeing project coordination and leading teams from design development through project close-out. Notable projects under his leadership include work for prominent clients in the sectors of education, retail, corporate interiors and healthcare. With a deep commitment to team success, Bob is always eager to contribute his wealth of experience to foster innovation and create exceptional, sustainable design solutions.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has further enhanced his expertise with continuing education seminars and industry events.
