Robert “Bob” Richardson is a seasoned architect with over 25 years of experience in the architectural and project management fields. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Bob has built a reputation for his technical leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to meet both client needs and project deadlines. His broad expertise spans the full project lifecycle — from schematic design to construction administration — and he is a skilled communicator, adept at collaborating with teams and consultants to ensure the seamless execution of design intent.
As a Senior Project Manager, Bob is responsible for managing high-profile client relationships, overseeing project coordination and leading teams from design development through project close-out. Notable projects under his leadership include work for prominent clients in the sectors of education, retail, corporate interiors and healthcare. With a deep commitment to team success, Bob is always eager to contribute his wealth of experience to foster innovation and create exceptional, sustainable design solutions.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has further enhanced his expertise with continuing education seminars and industry events. He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects, the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and supports local initiatives through his involvement with Downtown Bernardsville, Habitat for Humanity and CANstruction.
Bob’s passion for architecture extends beyond the traditional office. With almost two decades of experience as a licensed Realtor, his clients benefit from his architectural background while buying or selling property. Bob is also a collector of sports memorabilia of NASCAR, NY Mets and Giants. With their dog Madison, Bob and his wife reside in Bernardsville.
