Talia Fruchtman

Talia is a Design Technician with a thoughtful blend of experience in both residential and healthcare design. She began her career in Colorado, working on luxury residential projects where she worked with the local Planning and Zoning Commission. After a year, she returned to the Northeast, where she has since focused on healthcare architecture. Throughout her work, Talia has remained committed to sustainability, continuously learning about and promoting environmentally-responsible strategies in the design process. She values the creative solutions that emerge from balancing aesthetics, function, and context.

Talia earned a degree in Architecture and a minor in Business of Real Estate from Tulane University. Through her education and professional experience, she has developed a design approach rooted in enhancing the human experience, believing that understanding a community’s values, culture, and needs is essential to creating environments that genuinely support well-being. She is currently pursuing architectural licensure and spends time outside the office studying for her exams. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new neighborhoods, and returning to New Orleans — a continuing source of inspiration — whenever she gets the chance.
