Cheryl Fothergill

AIa, CDT

Cheryl believes that architecture should be empathetic and has always strived to understand space from the user’s perspective. With her detail-oriented eye, diligent nature, and curiosity for how things go together, she has developed the ability to transform a client’s needs into documents that can clearly inform the builder. She has worked on a variety of projects, including healthcare facility renovations, clean room support spaces, higher education campus space planning, office tenant fit-outs, and single- and multi-family residential projects.

Cheryl’s world revolved around architecture and her family. She and her husband frequently take their two daughters to the park, on a hike, into their vegetable garden, or to the local library. For quiet time, she will organize anything, sketch an apple, or sew one of the girls a new dress. In an effort to give back to the community, Cheryl actively volunteers in her local AIA chapter.
