The New Jersey Business & Industry Association and New Jersey Business magazine have recognized BioCentriq — the cell and gene therapy center at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) — and the Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC) Women’s Health Center Grove Street, both designed by NK Architects, in the sixth annual New Good Neighbor Awards.

The program recognizes outstanding development in New Jersey for their economic benefits, job creation, architectural merit and community involvement. These are NK’s sixth and seventh New Good Neighbor Awards.

BioCentriq occupies former shell space in NJIT’s Life Science and Engineering Center, also designed by NK Architects. It enables the university to connect with private research partners in the area of personalized medicine, by supporting cell and gene therapy development and manufacturing.

The Women’s Health Center Grove Street improves access and convenience by bringing JCMC’s comprehensive medical care to the heart of Jersey City, on a bustling commercial strip adjacent to transit and new residential developments. Service lines provided at this location include obstetrics, gynecology, reproductive and wellness specialties, including fetal medicine, mammography and antenatal testing.

See New Jersey Business for further details. Congratulations to our clients and project teams!
