Project Overview
Jetro has grown to become the USA’s leading wholesale cash and carry, serving grocery retailers and food service operators. A new corporate headquarters has been built to accommodate this growth.
The new facility consolidated multiple facilities and employee locations. NK worked with Jetro to develop the space program and identify a site for a new four-story headquarters building. The new headquarters is a 70,000 square foot building. The new steel-framed facility is home to 287 employees and provides for the continued expansion of the company. Parking is provided through a separate five-story, 350-car garage.
The building includes a new training center, demonstration kitchen, wellness center, central data center, offices, and team meeting rooms.
