ASSOCIATE principal

Nick works in NK’s New York City office and has over ten years of experience with commercial and high-end residential projects in the NYC market. He is particularly adept at Revit and navigating NYC Zoning and Building Codes. Nick received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University, is a LEED Green Associate and is a member of NYCRUG (New York City Revit Users Group). He is proud of his participation in the construction administration of 432 Park Avenue, a supertall residential project in midtown Manhattan, and is currently involved with projects for The Chapin School.

Outside of the office, Nick volunteers his time assisting with exhibits and accessioning artifacts for the Bellport-Brookhaven Historical Society (www.bbhsmuseum.org). He enjoys surfing, gardening and concerts.
