Sasikala Veerasamy
Sasi is a certified EIT (Engineer-in-Training) structural engineer with six years of project management, civil engineering planning and design and supervisory experience, for both new construction as well as repair and maintenance. She is currently pursuing her Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri Institute of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T), having previously earned her Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Pondicherry Engineering College in India.
Sasi assists the structural team on several projects for Capital Health, HMH/Carrier Clinic in Mahwah, and the Hudson County Community College academic tower. Her previous experience has ranged from reviewing amusement rides for code and design requirements, to producing drawings for solar panel installations, to more traditional civil and structural engineering services for commercial, residential and industrial projects.
In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and swimming with her lovable daughter and son.
