Facility Master Plan, Phase 4 - Cardiology Testing
Project Overview
This project was the fourth phase of the Cardiology Pavilion Facility Master Plan (FMP) completed by NK Architects. The FMP renovated most of the 2nd and 3rd floors of the hospital to create a new Same Day Surgery and Cardiology Pavilion.
This project consists of the renovation of the 2nd Floor North and Central wings to create a cardiac testing unit comprised of a Cardiology Welcome Center, inpatient holding, testing and administrative areas. Clinical program spaces include exam rooms, echocardiogram, EKG, stress testing, TEE, as well as reception, nurse stations, charting stations, staff areas and other code required support areas.
The additional phases include renovation and expansion to the 60 Cardiac Inpatient Beds, Cardiac Cath Lab Expansion, Endoscopy, Same Day Surgery and Physical Rehabilitation.
