Bryan Pennington

Bryan brings 30 years of specialized healthcare planning and design experience to the table, having worked on a wide range of projects across for-profit, non-profit, and VA hospital systems. He is a Board Certified Healthcare Architect through the American College of Healthcare Architects and oversees all aspects of project management, including client and consultant coordination, design, construction documents, bid negotiation, and construction administration.
He takes great pride in guiding mission-driven healthcare institutions through complex projects, helping them to realize their vision of creating beautiful, highly functional, and safe environments for patients, staff, and visitors alike. His recent work includes the renovation of the Cardiology Pavilion and Eating Disorders Unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital’s Somerset Campus, the expansion of an 81-bed Behavioral Health Unit at Hackensack Meridian Health’s Raritan Bay Medical Center, and the modernization of the Emergency Department at Atlantic Health System’s Morristown Medical Center.
Bryan previously served as President of the Architects League of Northern New Jersey and is a former Trustee on the AIA New Jersey Board.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys traveling, cooking, and immersing himself in the outdoors through activities like camping, hiking, and fishing.
