Andrea brings over twenty years of specialized expertise in healthcare and wellness design, with a deep understanding of how aesthetics and functionality converge in successful healthcare environments. As Chief Practice Officer, she sets the strategic direction for design excellence, practice specialization, and practice development—shaping how the firm delivers value, deepens market expertise, and evolves its practice. She has led projects of varying scales across the U.S. and internationally, delivering innovative, enduring design solutions. Andrea is driven by complex problem-solving, from aligning institutional goals and user needs to advancing forward-thinking operational strategies that improve workflow, performance, and long-term outcomes.
Andrea holds a B.S. in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University. She has served as a visiting critic at multiple institutions and has taught courses in visualization techniques at Kean University’s Michael Graves College School of Public Architecture as well as programming and planning for the New York School of Interior Design’s Master of Professional Studies in Healthcare Interior Design.
Andrea is National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certified, Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC) certified, and a Certified Healthcare Interior Designer (CHID) through the American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers (AAHID). She serves on the board of Women in Healthcare New York Metro Chapter and is a member of AMFP New York and ULI.
